Dirrl uses Shopify's billing system to manage subscriptions and app charges.
When you select a paid plan, charges are processed through your Shopify account and will appear on your Shopify invoice according to Shopify's billing schedule.
Billing Currency
All Dirrl plans, subscription fees, and app charges are billed in United States Dollars (USD).
If your Shopify store uses a different currency, Shopify may convert the charge based on current exchange rates and display the converted amount on your invoice.
Your financial institution may also apply additional conversion fees depending on your payment method and location.
Where Can I View My Subscription?
To view your current subscription:
Open Shopify Admin.
Navigate to Apps.
Open Dirrl.
Go to Billing or Subscription settings.
Your current plan, pricing, and subscription status will be displayed there.
Upgrading Your Plan
You can upgrade your Dirrl plan at any time.
When upgrading:
New features become available immediately after approval.
Charges are handled through Shopify billing.
Any applicable prorated charges are calculated by Shopify.
Downgrading Your Plan
You can downgrade your plan from the Billing section of the Dirrl dashboard.
When downgrading:
Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Features included in higher-tier plans may no longer be available after the downgrade takes effect.
Canceling Your Subscription
If you no longer wish to use Dirrl, you can cancel your subscription by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store.
Depending on Shopify's billing policies, previously incurred charges may still appear on your next Shopify invoice.
Failed Payments
If Shopify is unable to process payment for your subscription, access to certain Dirrl features may be limited until payment issues are resolved.
Please update your billing information directly within Shopify if payment problems occur.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to applicable laws, Shopify policies, and Dirrl's Terms of Service.
